To sign-up for the Initial mDBI Program, please ensure that your submitted Application is with MFCU no later than June 30th, 2020.

I confirm that I meet the terms and conditions of this Program.
I authorize Member First Credit Union to deduct the cost of my inclusion in this Program (the Fee), from my Share Account. I acknowledge that the Annual Fee is set each year and may be reviewed and/or changed annually. I confirm that I was under the age of 71 when joining this Credit Union, a requirement for participation in the Program.I understand that if there are insufficient funds in my account to pay the annual premium, then my membership of the Member Death Benefit Insurance Program will lapse.

Special Terms and Conditions for Enrolment by Members of Ayrfield and Marino Credit Unions Initial Enrolment & Application

This new Program will come into effect on July 1st, 2020

Closing date for receipt of entry is 30th June 2020

Membership of the Member First Credit Union Death Benefit Insurance program is open to all members of the former Ayrfield and Marino Credit Unions if they had joined the credit Union before their 71st Birthday.

Benefit of €2,300 payable on death;

Your participation in the Program will cost €52 per year, payable in a lump sum in advance from your share account. An amount of €26 will be deducted from your share account in July 2020 to cover the period from July 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020, and, subject to the program’s continuation,  the annual fee will be deducted in January for each successive year.

Cover commences from July 1st

MFCU are the policy holder.

Your participation is subject to Terms and Conditions which are available from the Credit Union.
